Return Policy

At Trap Monkey Golf, we want you to love your gear as much as we do. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@trapmonkeygolf.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, let us know when you contact us. We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we receive your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
